• The Beez originate from Bella Scouts, an all-girls scouting organization. In the early years of the post-apocalypse, the Bella Scouts survived by foraging off the land. However, as plants began dying off and wildlife began mutating, their focus quickly shifted over to hunting — first the wild mutants that wandered the Western Wastes, and eventually, other Wasters.
  
  The Beez are organized in a hierarchy, with Beez Drones making up the bottom ranks, the Workers making up the middle, and the Queen Bee sitting at the top. Using their scouting abilities, the Beez have managed to tame many of the Wastes’ dangerous mutant creatures, and are able to control and use them for protection as they travel the wastes. These mutants are rewarded with a treats made from a special cookie recipe that the Beez protect obsessively.
