  • The obtuse bureaucrat Bailiff Argus is a humourless, practical man of respect with military manners. He is the right hand of the evil Chief Control Council Ulysses. His mission is to show the upper class inspector Cletus around the planet and persuade him not to report the population down on Deponia to the Elysian council, which has been kept a secret by the bureaucrats of the Organon for decades.
    But hidden under his grim looking mask (featuring a mechanical beard like all bureaucrats have) there are some surprises waiting to be discovered...
