    The present leader of the Dynasty, Aleks alone has lead the faction since 1989, following the council of officers that had followed his father Domovoy. Aleks run the faction from the headquarters outside of Sofia in Bulgaria.

    Born shortly after the war, he holds a deep resentment toward the GDF for the loss of land during the war, a sentiment shared by much of the Dynasty, and due to the radiation has never seen his homeland of Belarus. With GDF starting to encroach on Dynasty land to acquire the Tempest which grows most frequently there, Aleks decides to assert the Dynasty’s claim to what they consider to be their birthright. This leads to the mobilisation of the military to turf GDF out.
