  • Aboard the largest UNC Ship - the UNC Democracy, a customized destroyer-class vessel, serves as the mobile command center for the Council of Foresight. The Council rarely intervenes in an actual battle. Instead, they rely on several UNC fleets; occasionally summoning their fleet commanders to their presence to state their will. Every UNC fleet take turns to protect the Democracy. Therefore, on top of her own escorts, there'll usually be another regular UNC fleet around as her secondary defenders.
