  • One of the moons of Mars, Phobos nowadays served as a base of operations for a band of renegade scientists, researchers and fleet commanders known as the Outcasts. Although the NSAU government has branded the outcasts as criminals, the hero Admiral Maximilian Cornelius has managed to prevent any military strike on Phobos using the reason that criminal or not, we're all humans. The Admiral isn't passionate about killing when the NSAU population is already small to begin with.
