  In other words, the subject is most likely trying to master the use of his ki. If we can get our hands on his training methods and repurpose them, the political and military uses would be endless.
  
  The subject's fighting capability is significant, but his personality is very straightforward. He has a simple mind, and controlling him should be relatively easy.
