You know the feeling when you get frags but your teammates don't? Or when you are loosing and you feel like yelling at the bad guys telling them to leave?

Count how many times the bad guy took the hate and stepped up, not so many times right. The guys playing poorly often do know they suck. They do know their stats, no need to tilt them more.

Instead try embracing them to calm down and play their game. Tell them it's okay to have a bad game. Tell them some jokes or to think positive. Tell them you believe in them.

Mindset is key to win. The chance of winning is greater if you guys are having fun. Remember you can't win every game you play.
